RAM Mount Photo and Video Competition - Terms and Conditions

1.       The competition will run from 08.00am (BST) on 6 June 2023 to 15.00pm (BST) on 30 June 2023.  The organiser reserves the right to revise the contest period at any time without prior notification.

2.       All Entries must be received by 17.00pm (BST) on 30 June 2023 (‘Closing Date’). All entries received outside the contest period will not be considered.

3.       This competition is run by RAM Mounts UK and is in no way endorsed, associated or sponsored by Instagram, RAM Mounts US or any of its international partners and dealers.

4.       Employees of RAM Mounts UK, RAM Mounts US, any of its international partners and dealers; or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

5.       Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter. By entering the competition, entrants under 18 years acknowledge that they have permission from their legal guardian to enter the competition.

6.       There are no geographic restrictions for entering this competition. Postage/shipping is not included as part of the prize so please consider these costs when entering from outside of the UK.

7.       To enter the competition, entrants must:

• Follow @rammountuk on Instagram / Like RAM Mount UK Facebook Page
• Tag @rammountuk in your photo or video of your RAM Mount set up or shot using your RAM Mounts.

8.       All winners give RAM Mounts UK permission to repost the winning photo/video as part of communications promoting the campaign.

9.       By entering the competition, you are confirming that the submission is your own work and that the photograph is either owned by you, or you have permission to post the photograph or video on social media.

10.   Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges at its sole discretion. Prize-winners will be selected and notified by 15 July 2023 at the latest, by Facebook or Instagram. There will be 10 prize winners will receive RAM Mounts UK unique discount code with below details: -  

1. Champion:                  £50
2.  1st runner up:          £30
3. 2nd runner up:          £20
4. 4^th - 10^th place:           £10 each.

11.   The unique discount code that can be used only once. It is the responsibility of the recipient to keep the discount code safe and confidential so it can be used at their own discretion. This offer can only be redeemed on the RAM Mounts UK website at www.ram-mount.co.uk

12.   Winners will be notified via original means of contact from RAM Mounts UK's Management team after the close of the competition. Winners will also be announced on social media to the general public.

13.   Prizes are not transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

14.   Entrants agree to their winning pictures appearing in the RAM Mounts UK respective partners’ blogs, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and other forms of social media.

15.   By submitting an Entry in the Competition, you grant to RAM Mounts UK a non-exclusive royalty-free worldwide commercial licence unlimited in time, to use the Entry (whether or not it wins the Competition) in all formats and in any medium of communication, and for all promotional purposes which RAM Mounts UK shall consider appropriate. You represent and warrant to RAM Mounts UK, with the intention that RAM Mounts UK shall rely on such representation and warranty, that each of your Entries is original, and that you own each of them exclusively and have the right, without the permission of any other person or legal entity, to license to RAM Mounts UK the rights in the Entry for all the purposes contemplated in these Conditions. The scope of the licence granted to RAM Mounts UK shall include your irrevocable International permission to RAM Mounts UK to use, reproduce, publish, display, transmit, copy, amend, store, and sell (your image or video may appear on materials we sell. Your Entry worldwide for such purposes as RAM Mounts UK shall think fit without restriction.

16.   Any entries that RAM Mounts UK consider (in our absolute discretion) to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, racist, copied, offensive, cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified.

17.   No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that a participant is fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.

18.   RAM Mounts UK reserves the right to vary any of these Terms and Conditions without notice. In such event, RAM Mounts UK will make reasonable efforts to communicate any change with entrants.

19.   These rules are governed by the laws of England and any dispute relating to the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Entry indicates acceptance of the rules as final and legally binding.
